Creating unique one of a kind oil paintings of loved ones, special places and cherished moments.

Gates has exhibited her work world wide including locally at the John & Mable Ringling Museum of Art. She has taught classes from California to Switzerland including locally at the Ringling School of Art and Design and the Art Center Sarasota.
Gates began her career as a photographer and a creative uses consultant for the Polaroid Corporation, later becoming certified by the Adobe Corporation as an ACE expert in Adobe Photoshop and eventually being drawn into the world of classic oil painting.
