Jade Gates has past rigorous testing to become an "Adobe Certified Expert". One on one classes are designed for people who would like personal instruction. These Adobe Photoshop and digital photography classes are $48. per hour with a one hour minimum for phone support and a 2 hour minimum for studio classes. A package of 10 hours can be purchased at a 10% discount for $432 .

One-on-one classes are based on students individual needs. Below are the subjects most often covered:
1. The Photoshop working environment including tool box, menu bar, tool options bar, tool panels, navigating and zooming.

2. Understanding resolution as it applies to your camera, your scanner, enhancing images, and preparing them for both printing and the web.

3.Remove unwanted objects with the clone tool, patch tools & healing brush tools
Create collages with photo merge
Correct color and tonal values
Transform color photos to B&W
Sharpen & Crop photos
Prepare the photo to print
